To secure your spot, a $500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due at the time of registration. This deposit will be applied to the total cost. The remaining balance will be due by August 1, 2023.

We understand that life happens, and though we wish we could compensate for unforeseen circumstances, we have incurred non-refundable expenses planning this retreat and cannot provide a refund.

If we must cancel a booked retreat for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to a future retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement. Any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip are the responsibility of the participant.
