But most importantly, they have walked the path of their own healing and can now guide you in walking your path.

We love food! And we know that nourishment is a key element of healing. At every Awaken Your Heart Retreat we bring in chefs who prepare healthy, delicious, and well-balanced meals that feature local flavors and are filled with the energy of love. Past attendees report food as a highlight of their retreat experience!

At Awaken Your Heart Retreats, Mother Earth is not simply the backdrop, she is the most powerful healer. You will connect with and experience her medicine in various ways throughout the retreat.  A highlight of each retreat is the healing that occurs with horses. Horses carry the power to co-regulate us into a state of coherence allowing for deeper healing.
